Webm3u is a web-based media player that allows users to stream content from M3U/M3U8 playlists. We do not host, provide, or distribute any video content, channels, or streams. Users are responsible for providing their own playlists.

The Webm3u software, design, and branding are owned by Webm3u. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. However, you may use the player for personal, non-commercial use.

Webm3u may display content from third-party sources through user-provided playlists. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any third-party content. Users access third-party content at their own risk. We do not verify the legality, accuracy, or quality of any streams.

6. No Warranty

The player is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The player will function uninterrupted or error-free
• Any streams will be available or of acceptable quality
• The player is compatible with all devices or browsers
• Third-party streams are safe, legal, or virus-free

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webm3u and its creators shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use the player
• Issues arising from third-party content accessed through the player
• Copyright infringement claims related to user-provided playlists

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the player immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
